AN OVERVIEW OF THE ORDER PROCESS
 
 

Shortly after your inquiry, one of our customer sales representatives will get in touch with you to review product options, availability, artwork requirements, production schedules and delivery times.  We will make sure to offer you any recommendations should our expertise be helpful.

 
 

We highly recommend an e-mail proof showing the artwork to be printed or embroidered on your selected item. After proof approval, there are no product returns accepted.

 
 

 

 
 
ARTWORK
 
 

We accept camera ready artwork to be in EPS (encapsulated post script) or AI (Adobe Illustrator) for PC. Please convert all text to outlines when possible.

 
 

If you don't believe you have the correct format, we offer a service to convert most art to an acceptable format at a nominal fee.
